About Us

Bright Window Coverings was founded in 1944 as Bright Venetian Blind Co., which repaired and sold venetian blinds and window shades. In the 1950's it expanded into the manufacturing of wooden venetian blinds until the mass produced aluminum blinds came into being. From that point on the company has focused on the sale and installation of all types of window coverings as well as cubicle curtains and tracks, projection screens and other specialty items.

We’re a leading provider of commercial window covering solutions in Boston, MA and the New England area. We serve all of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. We provide sales, installation, repair and maintenance of commercial window coverings, window blinds, window shades, draperies, window treatments, shutters and upholstery. We also provide motorized blinds, automated, and custom window treatments.
